Occasionally you may want to include people in your address book or invite them to a shared workspace but do not know their user names or the email addresses that they have registered with the BSCW server.

• Choose  File    Search    User   in the main menu bar;

to bring up the 'User search' form that lets you specify your query (more in section 4.10).
