BSCW provides different ways to display the contents of notes and to browse a discussion forum:

You may sort the notes by type, date, author, subject, or thread by selecting the respective Sort entry of the View menu.

You may furthermore display or hide the text of the notes by selecting or de-selecting the Messages entry of the View menu. Hiding the text may be useful to navigate in discussion with many notes.
