The main menu  View   lets you determine the way your folders are displayed to you:

• in the main menu bar choose  Column   to select what attributes are displayed in the columns;
• choose  Scale    ...   to scale BSCW's font size;
• choose  Sort    by ...   to sort the items in a folder;
•  Shortcuts   lets you show or hide the instant access bar;
• choose  Description   to display or hide informal item descriptions by your fellow workspace members.
