BSCW can generate emails as plain text or as HTML-formatted text. If your email program can interpret and display HTML pages (the email components of the widely-used browsers can, for example), you may want to choose the HTML-formatted version:

• choose  Options    Preferences   in the main menu bar;
• checkmark Format of email messages: HTML.

BSCW will send you HTML-formatted email, in particular the Daily Workspace Activity Report (see section 4.2.5).
